I have searched around but not found any solutions to this fairly cosmetic
One of the users in my office woudl like this problem resolved, so hopefully
someone has some ideas.
We are using Exchange Server 2003. The staff are using either Office XP or
Office 2003. This specific user has Office 2003.
When sending emails, the email is either saved in the Sent Items folder or
whichever folder the original email replied-to/forwarded was in.
This is all fine, but when browsing through these folders, several emails
(not all) have a blank "From" field.
The only similarity between these emails that I can find are that they are
all Sent Items (ie "From" the user)
The confusing part is that not ALL of the sent items have a blank From
field, and I cannot find any link between those that do.
Also, if we open those emails, the users name appears in the From field
INSIDE the email, just not when viewing the list of emails.
Although we pretty much know that the emails are from the user, she would
still like her name to appear in the From field. Like I said earlier, it is a
cosmetic issue, but we would still like to fix it up if possible.
