I would like to create a new e-mail message template where the message in the
Subject Line always says "You received a call from", rather than having to
type this in the subject line every single time. I create many of these
message every day and once sent, I then save these in a folder entitled
"Phone Messages". I've tried using creating a custom form but without
success! Does anyone have a simple way to do this? Thank you!

If you are using Word 2003 as your email editor, turn that off in Tools | Options | Mail Format. Then create a new message with the subject you want, and save it as an .oft file on the Windows desktop. To run the ..oft file, just double-click it on the desktop.

You can turn WordMail back on after you save the .oft file.

Thank you, Sue. It worked. It took me a few tries to get it saved with all
my specifications, but I've got it now. I've spent about 6 hours working on
this today. Now all I need to do is figure out how much longer I'll need to
work in order to make it cost effective.
