E-mails are sent with the pop up box asking for a receipt. In that pop-up box
there is a box that says "do not show this again". My boss, checked that box
and now is sorry that she did and wants to know how to undo this action.

Tools->Options->Email Options->Tracking Options-> at the bottom, click the
option to Ask Me.
