Earlier today, my Outlook 2007 crashed while changing between emails. Now,
when I start Outlook, I have two Outlooks on my taskbar. There is only one
Outlook.exe process running however. What can I do to get only one Outlook
to show up?

Close one window using the X in the uper right corner of outlook's window.

No and I tried rebooting and cold booting.
