I moved a recieved email to a folder which I created but noticed that there is still the original email left in my inbox Instead of moving the email, it created a duplicate and sent it to the folder instead of moving the original.
Why is there a duplicate and how can I fix this. This has never happened before. Confused

Also,I've been saving emails under msg format into one of my document files within my computer and later retrieving them to use as an attachment to a new email. In the past I was able to go in and edit the attachment email within the email that I want to send and it would allow me to make changes to the text of that attachement, but now for some reason it will not allow me to unless I copy the text and drop it into a word document.
Has Microsoft changed something within Outlook that will no longer allow me to do what I was doing all along? Sad
