I've been using outlook 2002 pst file and it is set up as the default pst
file for outlook 2007.

I wanted to create a new personal folder (in outlook 2003 format) and tried
to import data from the outlook 2002 pst file but keep getting the message:

"This personal file (.pst) is already used in the current profile"

I then go to Data File Management Menu and and set the the new outlook 2003
file as a default pst file then try to remove the outlook 2002 file but I
then get the message:

"You cannot delete this Outlook data file, Configuration in the file is
being copied to your new default file. You can delete the file after this
information is copied."

I waited for more than 1/2 hr and tried to remove the file again and keep
getting the same message.

My laptop is running on XP Pro with SP3 and Office 2007 with Outlook 12.0 SP1

Can anyone help? Thanks
