When I indicate that an email should be added to the Blocked Senders list,
the list gets properly updated, but the original email remains in my Inbox.
Why isn't it automatically being moved o the Junk-Email folder?

Additional Info:
- XP SP3
- Outlook 2007 SP1
- Outlook is set up with only one (IMAP) account (which has its own "Spam"
folder that nothing goes into)
- Neither my email address nor its domain are in the Safe Senders list
- The Safe Recipients list is blank
- My Junk E-Mail Filtering is set to Low (which is explicitly described as
"move junk email to junk e-mail folder")

So why isn't anything showing up in my Junk E-Mail folder?
