The Claxton Group, founded in 1991, is a small highly focused company, specializing in assessing, selecting, adapting and implementing cost-effective workgroup based business solutions. ContactGenie products, first released in 2002, focus exclusively on Microsoft Outlook/Exchange data migration. Future products will be focused on Microsoft Outlook contact distribution and management using .Net technology.

ContactGenie Importer

ContactGenie Importer is a contact import tool for Microsoft Outlook 2000/2007 to rapidly and efficiently import new contacts/leads received on a repetitive basis without re-entering mapping info. All major file formats supported: CSV - tab/custom delimited - MS Access and Visual FoxPro. Supports automatic creation of and mapping to user-defined fields with data type/format validation. Can be run on a scheduled basis via command line options.

ContactGenie-Message Class Modifier

ContactGenie-Message Class Modifier is a utility that enables the modification of message classes for existing Microsoft Outlook contacts. Contacts can also be deleted, moved, or copied based on selected message class. Supports Outlook 2000-2007 and runs either as a standalone or Outlook addin (addin function not available in Outlook 2000). Displays all forms published to folder, personal or Exchange organizational forms libraries.
