Nobex Contacts 1.0.18Automatically extracts and saves contact information included in an email signature. No more cut-and-paste to create a contact.
Nobex Contacts for Microsoft® Outlook® is a plugin that automatically finds and analyzes contact information included in an email signature. The Nobex Contacts software makes it easy to save the contact information found in an email to your address book, and helps you manage your contacts. Nobex Contacts is extremely easy to use and will save you time.
Saves time. Nobex Contacts for Microsoft Outlook does something very simple, and saves a lot of hassle. When you receive an email with the sender's contact information in a signature block (phone, fax, web address, title, etc.), our patent-pending technology analyzes the email, finds the block, parses it, and pops up a notification to tell you it was found. You click it, and Nobex Contacts creates a new item for the sender in your Contacts address book. It shows you the contact information for verification, you click Save, and that's it. No more going back to find contact information in old emails, no more cutting and pasting contact information fields, no more typing info manually.
Extremely easy to use. Nobex Contacts is fully integrated in Microsoft Outlook. It simply pops up a notification when information is found, and when clicked, opens the usual Microsoft Outlook Contact screen with the extracted information, for your approval. No need to highlight or copy-and-paste anything in the email. No new interface to master - use the application you are already familiar with. Our unique technology works behind the scenes with no user intervention.
Test it for free. Once you see the magic in action, and how easy it is to save new contact information, we believe you would never go back to the old way of cut-and-paste, or, even worse, of not saving the info at all. We hope you will think so too, and therefore are happy to provide a free trial version of Nobex Contacts. Download the free trial vesion, and test it yourself. Setup should take no more than a couple of minutes.
