Attachment Forget-Me-Not
The Attachment Forget-Me-Not add-in scans each outgoing email for phrases like "see attached" or "draft version". It then asks you if you meant to attach a file before sending the email, giving you a chance to insert the attachment.
Attachment Save
Save space in your Outlook Inbox (or any other Outlook folder) by removing the file attachments off your email and saving them to a Windows folder as the email arrives.
Attachments Forget
This Outlook add-in looks through the message and if it finds any of the specified key phrases (e.g., “see attachment” or “in the attached file”) but no file is attached to the message, the program will give out a notification.
Attachments Processor for Outlook
Attachments Processor will help you to save space in PST files or in a mailbox on Exchange Server, it also offers greater opportunities for automatic attachment management. The program can automatically extract attachments from incoming messages to save them to hard disk - they are replaced in a message with a link to the file, or a text description, pack attachments in the outgoing messages and unzip archived attachments in the incoming ones.
Print On Demand
Printing just became simpler with our Print On Demand add-in. Easily print just the attachment associated with an email, without having to open the attachment. Simplifies your access to attachments.
SharePoint Attachments for Outlook
Let Outlook publish your files directly to a website instead of sending them as attachements. This add-in leaves a link in the e-mail instead, thereby allowing you to make better use of your intranet and Exchange server. Outlook is good for a lot of things, but not for file transfers. SharePoint Attachments works with any Frontpage or WebDAV site, but of course best with SharePoint document libraries. Word-manual, video demo and slideshow.
Attach2Link
Attach2Link transparently replaces attachments with "blind-links". The attached files are stored on a website or server of your choice. This allows sending messages with attachments that were previously rejected by Outlook, regardless of their size.
AttachTracker
AttachTracker writes the mailing information and displays information directly in Windows Explorer, without opening Outlook. Mailing information associated to a file sent or received are now available with a simple right click on the file name in Windows Explorer.
