Batched Mail 3.0Sends a specific amount of mail during an hour or with a specified delay between messages.
At the present moment more and more mail servers impose limitations on the number of outgoing messages sent during a certain period of time. It is done in order to prevent undesirable mass mail distributions. But as well as any other security measures, this restriction brings inconvenience to those users, who send a bulk of mail daily. The use of the Batched Mail allows you to plan the mail sending process. This Microsoft Outlook add-in sends a specific amount of mail during an hour or with a specified delay between sending two messages that go one after another. This will protect you from receiving errors when sending a lot of messages and also save your time – you wouldn’t have to go back to your computer in order to click the “Send” button more and more times.
You can easily manage the work of this Outlook add-in by using message the sending rules. Different rules can be created for various senders and recipients with specific settings for each of them.
The use of the Batched Mail allows to:
- effectively plan mail distribution taking into consideration the limitations of your mail server;
- save your time because of the mailing process automation;
- avoid a great number of errors as a result of exceeding the limit of allowed emails to be sent during one hour.
