Duplicate Journals Eliminator add-in

Sometimes synchronizing with a PDA incorrectly will inadvertently cause duplicate journal entries (especially if you're a Palm user!). You can easily take care of these with the Duplicate Journal Eliminator. You can use it to quickly and easily remove them or move them to another folder for safekeeping.

How it works:

1. Select the folder(s) where the Outlook journal entries reside, including Exchange public folders.
2. Decide whether to delete the duplicates or move them to another folder.
3. Begin eliminating duplicates.

The Duplicate Journals Eliminator includes these features:

• Allows you to either delete all the duplicates or move them to a folder of your choice.
• Works with Exchange public folders or other shared folders.
• Comparisons of two journals (optionally) based on subject, body, attachments count, size, categories, start time, end time, and contact names.
